Every order ships free to the contiguous United States. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery typically takes 7-15 business days depending on the product and supplier.
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is currently paid by the customer because we are still a small company, but we hope to offer prepaid return labels in the future. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we will make it right.
For health and hygiene reasons, used personal care items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
