Refund policy

 

We want you to love what you ordered. If you don't, here's how it works.

 

Returns & Exchanges - 30 Days

You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at hello@bettercommon.co with your order number and we will walk you through the next steps.

At this stage, return shipping is paid by the customer. We know prepaid return labels are easier, and we hope to offer them in the future, but as a small company we are not able to cover return shipping on every order yet.

Once your return arrives, we will review it and let you know when the refund has been processed. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as you can and we will help make it right.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, used personal care items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If a personal care item does not work properly, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will help with a replacement or refund.

We do not accept returns on gift cards or final-sale items.

 

Warranty

All products are covered by a 30-day warranty against defects from the date of delivery. If something stops working within that window, we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund. After 30 days, products may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and we're happy to help connect you with the right contact if needed.
