Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — every order ships free, no minimum required. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on the product and supplier. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?

You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To start, contact us with your order number and we will walk you through the next steps. At this stage, return shipping is paid by the customer because we are still a small company, but we hope to offer prepaid return labels in the future. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away and we will make it right.

How do I contact support?

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Products are covered by our 30-day defect window from delivery. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or stops working within that window, contact us and we'll help with a replacement or refund.

Every product on Better Common is hand-picked because it actually works, looks good, and is worth buying. Check the product descriptions for detailed specs, and feel free to reach out if you have questions.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other standard payment methods at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We'll do our best to help before it ships.
